His recent work includes supporting a U.S. tier-one telecom provider through a multi-billion-dollar carve-out, preparing a global consumer data business for a cross-border spin-off and dual-track sale, and leading separation planning for a multibillion divestiture readiness effort at a top U.S. financial services firm. Prior to joining KPMG, Ron advised the CEO of Fitch Solutions on the integration of Fulcrum, a strategic acquisition spanning North America and Europe.
Ron previously held global transformation leadership roles at Quantum and Verifone, where he reported to the CFOs and led the transformation steering committees. At Quantum, he also reported directly to the Board of Directors.
